This place never disappoints. I got the spicy beef soup while my friends ordered the Dan Dan noodles and original beef soup. The depth of soup was very nice as well as the texture of the noodles. They have 4 different types of noodles depending on preference but I got the knife cut since I like chewy noodles. The beef rolls were good too since it was a scallion pancake rolled between beef and cilantro. It was so tasty and juicy with a lot of flavor. The service was so fast we got our food in less than 5 min and the ambiance seemed very chill. Honestly nothing here is bad and will come back here again soon!

Let me start by saying the location is small. (maybe 17 tables inside and 4 tables outside) The outside has a nice shaded cover but it is summer so expect to feel hot if you're sitting outside. HAVING said that... From the moment I arrived at Noodle St all the inside tables were occupied. (therefore, be patient and assume there will be await, but in my opinion the wait was worth it) I love noddle soup with ajitama eggs (ramen eggs) the texture and flavor of the ajitama egg was DELICIOUS (I wish it had more of those yummy ramen eggs in the Miso broth) NOW the ramen! OMG soooooo good! Perfect texture, cooked to precision! The Honey Lemon Ice Tea was refreshing perfect for the summer! I watched people from all age groups and cultures siting around enjoying their food. I also noticed a great deal of take-out orders and indication that this place has a great deal of community support. Will I visit Noodle St again? YES I WILL!! Food was amazing, STAFF was also on point, price of food is excellent, the location is small but the setup is perfect to enjoy an outstanding meal.

Delivers an authentic experience that apparently is very popular and growing outside of the Chinese / Asian audience. The beef noodle soup meets my standard for being good, was actually a tad spicy as I drank a lot of water but I'm perfectly fine with that. I'm personally a fan of Szechuan version of beef noodle soup, richer broth but this was flavorful in a more mild way that is still good. The meat pieces and everything is as you see pictured... Some girls at our table thought it was quite spicy so beware. There can be a bit of a wait so be aware - I went on Sunday afternoon and still had to wait although we had a table of like 10+ If you don't, beef wrap is a must try if you've never had it, split it with people. It's dense, eating one section of it is more than enough combined with your own entree.

First time here. Seating is fairly plentiful and service was really great. Loved that there was glass windows so we could watch the cooking. Ordered the spicy beef noodle soup, cucumber salad, and beef roll. Beef noodle soup was a huge portion. I got the knife cut noodles and that was so interesting. Chewy and varied in thickness-- amazing, though little difficult to grab with chopsticks. Cucumber salad was super refreshing. Needed to marinate a little bit more in the vinegar. Beef roll was also great. Slightly small, but I loved how packed it was with green onion

This is literally my third time coming here and I came to this location twice and one in the other location. It has always been fast and consistent. The service is amazing here. I did have to complain that my soup dumpling didn't have any soup this time it was on the dry end, but the lady was so nice and she offered to replace it for me. I highly recommend you to come here to get their stirfry noodles. It's cool, because you can customize it. And that they make their own fresh noodles here. You don't have to worry about being here for so long. They are very quick. Literally new favorite place. I even came alone this time because it was that good!!

These fresh hand-pulled noodles live up to their hype-- THICC, chewy, bouncy, slurpy heaven; let me tell ya about it ! We FINALLY were able to stop by Noodle St. for a late lunch Saturday afternoon after having bookmarked them for years ! We are huge fans of The Magic Noodle in Vegas and haven't quite found anything closer to home comparable to them.. until now !! Parking lot is huge and shared between a few other businesses and we had no trouble finding a spot . We were greeted right away by the hostess, which also happens to be our waitress-- she offered a table inside the restaurant which was about 80% full, but we opted to sit outside, OF COURSE (: --It was a gorgeous slightly-sunny day and there were about 5 tables outside with only one other table occupied . I took a look at the menu and honestly wanted to order one of everything lol-- Here's what we ate: POTATO STRING SHRIMP (5 pieces): literally like shoestring fries wrapped around shrimp ! Cwispy exterior, chewy potatoe middle, then shrimp in the center-- basic, yet such a unique and fun bite . Shrimp could've been more plump or serving could've been more plentiful . Served with a sweet and sour sauce which was mediocre compared to the actual appetizer-- Ask for the chili oil tray to spice things up ! 6.5/10 BONE-IN RIB RICE NOODLE SOUP: We opted for the triangle cut noodles for this entree and it was like one super, SUPERRR long noodle in the soup which made it such an exciting slurp and bite . This was a flavorful pho broth which really hit the spot . Served steaming hot and garnished with herbs with two massive meaty bones-- we definitely got our gnawing on lol; the meat was tender and fall off the bone. Highly recommend !! 10/10 JAPANESE MISO NOODLE SOUP: This was a play on ramen soup which turned out to be just okay to me. The broth was a little underwhelming compared to the bone-in rib soup . We also got the triangle cut noodles for this entree . I did like the thinly sliced char sui . Egg could've been more jammy-- it was hard boiled . If you're looking for a more plain broth, I'd get this one . 5/10 BEEF STIR FRY NOODLES: we added shrimp to this entree for an additional $4 because we wanted some surf and turf action and it did not disappoint ! I opted for knife cut noodles and it has to be my fav-- irregular strands of thick, chewy, and bouncy noodles -- so heavenly ! The flavor in this stir fry was smokey, savory, slightly gingery, umami and the vegetables paired all well-- reminded me of chow fun sauce . Love the use of kale, onions, and bell peppers . Mushrooms would've knocked this one out of the park !! Highly recommend 10/10 . Overall, we had an excellent experience . Our waitress was wonderful, clean environment, and food came out really quick and delicious for being so busy . We definitely will be regulars from here on out . I need to be back to try everything else on the menu next time-- particularly the spicy beef noodle soup because that's what I would've ordered if I had brought my Tums lol

Came here 4/8/2024 Another great meal as usual. Their service has greatly improved and the food comes out so quickly. Great value for the meal, I just wish the signature beef noodle soup had some more meat in it. I attached current menu pics.

The beef roll is an absolute must and I would return just for that! Flaky, crispy green onion pancake wrapped and full of thinly sliced tender beef and so much fresh herbs! This was delicious! Add some chili oil for a little kick! We also ordered the Japanese miso ramen with knife cut noodles and signature beef with traditional noodles. The beef soup was delicious! So much bold flavor. The ramen sadly was no big deal. I loved the chewiness and thickness of the noodles but the broth was very lackluster. Service was good although they were being pushy to get us out asking if we wanted to-go containers while literally spooning food into our mouths. But overall, a good spot
